💀Background of The Grimm Brothers💀
Jakob and William Grimm were sons to a lawyer. The family consisted of 3 brothers and a sister. Family was born in Germany but later moved to a different part of Germany because their father became a judge. In the school setting,the brothers were astounding students. When their father passed away in 1796, the family became victims to poverty. Jakob the oldest, had to look after the family, however the boys still attended school with the help from family. Later, the brothers attended the University of Marburg to study law. This led them to gain interest in German folklore. This made them have multiple jobs most consisted of gathering tales as well as having story tellers come to their house. William,later married and became very successful as well as Jakob, who never married and lived with William and his family.
